RTS1600GY Rain Tank System Granite

2 Tank Rain Tank System in Grey (RTS1600GY)

Description

A durable, premium quality garden system for rainwater storage and pumping.

The Rain-Tank System is a practical alternative to underground rainwater systems. Included is a sight gauge, and a self-priming jet pump capable of pumping water to a height of 41 metres. Each tank is 800 litres (175 gallons). Its attractive modern design has a space saving small footprint.

By clever design each tank is easily linked to the next using a sturdy 25mm hose between metal threads. Tanks are available in 4 finishes: British Racing Green, Granite,- Sand or Matt Black. This allows you to select the best colour to blend in at your site. The system features a highly efficient rainwater filter-diverter which is installed on the down-pipe, cleaning the rainwater before diverting it sideways into the tank, while leaves and debris continue down to the drain. When the Rain-Tanks are full the Filter-Collector automatically sends excess rainwater to the drain as usual. The Filter-Collector’s unique removable filter cartridge can be taken out in seconds for cleaning.

3P Garden Pump with hosetail and handle

XAJE80PRH

Pump

The 3P Rain-Tank System enjoys the pressure and convenience of mains water, thanks to it’s compact and powerful jet pump. The pump’s unique advantage is it’s integrated electronic flow control. Connect it to a hose or tap and it will run when you open the tap and automatically shut off when you close it, so there’s no need to run and switch the pump off. The pump is capable of supplying water at over 4 bar of pressure (59psi) or to a height of 41 metres (134ft). The flow rate through a 1/2 inch hose pipe is similar to mains water. The pump outlet connection will also take a 3/4 inch or 1 inch hose.

The 3P Rain-Tank System has a compact, sturdy metal valve and a simple, reliable brass connector enabling you to shut off the outlet from the Rain Tank and disconnect the pump for storage.
